Dear visionary entrepreneurs,
I know you. I am you.
After building multiple successful businesses, I’ve experienced the excitement of success and I know how great it feels! But I’ve also felt a lot of the disappointment of failure as well. When the 2008 recession hit, I learned how proper cash flow management can mitigate the effects of economic instability. When my father-in-law passed, I learned how easily a family business can be dismantled without agreements. We almost lost our family business because of improper planning.
But I also learned how much more profitable a business can be when you organize your money so you can actually use it toward business growth. I can look at a P&L and immediately see opportunities, and where you’re screwing yourself.
I work with excited entrepreneurs who have a passion for their business but might not have the experience to manage the financial part of their business. Unfortunately most entrepreneurs I meet aren’t even aware that they are driving themselves into debt, or at least leaving themselves open for massive financial stresses in the future, simply because they didn’t understand the business of their business.
If you want to get “the business” of your business in order, or are unsure if it even needs attention, let’s chat to see if we’re a good fit. I love working with entrepreneurs who are going places, and I want to help you get there.
